The mission of True Heart is to hold sacred spaces of healing, restoration, and reflection for justice-minded Black women and mothers
As Black women and advocates, too often we find ourselves putting the Movement before our own needs. The Truth is that to actualize true justice we must first embrace our True Hearts – our soul seated desire for a balanced life filled with love, dignity, sensuality and belonging. Through education, ritual building and sacred immersions for practice, True Heart exists to hold space for justice-minded Black women to bathe themselves in community and soul-seated practices that promote their balanced quality of Life
What We Do
Circles are an Indigenous practice of communicating unity (community) through deep listening and storytelling. By way of circle practice, we recover the True Heartbeat of a community and establish the starting point for cultural change.
01 HEALING CIRLCES
Our society is made up of a series of indoctrination programs designed to oppress the Human spirit. With True Heart re-Program design, we use True Heart Facilitation to disrupt these pillars of oppression. By introducing alternative, bold and innovative approaches to program design we curate re-programs that harvest the abundance of indigenous peoples’ ways of Being
03 REPROGRAM DESIGN
Where two or more are gathered, a Divine message desires to come forth. Do you know what it sounds like? True Heart Facilitation is a practice of authentic expression, deep listening and creative interplay to steward the Divine message of a group.
04 TRUE HEART FACILITATION
Our circle-based retreats are an offering of space and time to reconnect with your True Heart. We co-create the experience through circle practice and exposure to various types of therapeutic medicines to maximize your (w)holiness

Learning is a three-way dialogue between our Selves, our Soul Family, and the Divine. Our curriculum designs are a series of immersive learning spaces that reward individual reflection, value lived experience and nourish the strengths of individuals’ contribution to the Liberation matrix.

Heyyy you! And thank you for checking out my page. I am Taylor Mary, a poly-realmic, dark-skinned, bisexual Black woman and Divine Feminist who’s been advocating and organizing in communities for 12+ years. Throughout that time, I let my fierce commitment to justice become priority over my own wellbeing and suffered through years of depression and anxiety while still trying to be an effective leader. I watched myself and other Black women cycle through burn out in ways that went against, and even sometimes maligned our freedom striving until I realized that there was another way to serve the liberation matrix. In 2019, I began holding healing circles for Black women in my community to explore the intersections of spirituality and social justice – a body of work I lovingly call soulcial justice - and discovered that there is deep inner work that is driving our movements. I founded True Heart Consulting in 2021 to serve more fully as a facilitator of sacred spaces for justice-minded women like myself to recover our Divinity and to align our movements with the rhythm of our True Hearts.
